In the conventional method of X-ray stress measurement, the correction of the intensity of the diffraction line, whether in the back part or in the pure diffraction line part, absorption correction is the most essential correction. In many engineering surveys, only the absorption correction can achieve sufficient accuracy. Based on this, this paper proposes a method that can perform intensity correction in continuous scanning measurement: using the absorption curve pre-drawn on transparent film To fit the background, and to determine the peak at the same time, this method can be used to better deduct the background, and also made an absorption correction for the intensity of the pure diffraction line. The test results show that this method is reliable.
