In response to the problems found in the research, we propose to intervene using a combination of information technology and psychology. The results of the intervention study showed that the psychological classroom education with the intervention of eye distance and online time can effectively alleviate the decline of students' vision and the effect of visual intervention. The psychological education class guides students' work and rest and enhances self-control ability, effectively controlling the overweight group.
