Step two: We find the best shipping way for you and Send you PI.
Step three: Your confirm sample/order+ make payment
Step four: Ship your sample/order + offer you tracking number immediately.
Last: Feedback + Service 
4. Shipment
By Express, door to door service, by DHL or FedEx: about 5-7 days reach your hand. 
By Air to your nearest airport: about 7-15days 
By Sea to the seaport near to you, by SEA: 20-60 days.  
5. Lead time for your order
7-10 days for sample or stock items.
30 days for production. (Bulk order)

7. Refund policy
Firstly, All our bags will be checked by our professional QC(with more than 2 years experience) before packing. Our sales also have double checked before shipment.
Secondly, if you find any item has quality problem, pls send us real photos in 5 working days since you receive it, we will give you satisfactory solution, such as give discount, offer a new bag etc.
