The high-quality and high-speed operation technology of the domestic five-layer corrugated board production line has been overcome. Difficulties in China's packaging industry for many years of technical problems, recently by the Wenzhou University and the East Packaging Corporation jointly overcome. China's five-story high-speed operation of corrugated cardboard has always lagged behind Western countries, especially in North America. The Western companies represented by Langston and American Malaysia have always monopolized the highest level of corrugated board production technology and corrugated cardboard. Production line, but before China's corrugated board production line can only meet the production needs of the general middle and low corrugated board, the overall level of the level of the foreign 80 years, in particular, poor process and operational reliability, cardboard uneven and broken, seriously restricting the corrugated board in China The overall level of improvement. The scientific research team led by Prof. Yang Fuxin, Dean of the School of Industrial Engineering of Wenzhou University, cooperated with NEC to carry out experimental research and finally solved the problems that the packaging industry could not solve for a long time.

This project took a year of hard work, in-depth production of the first line, understand the production status, analysis of high-speed operation of corrugated board in the quality of the reasons and mechanism of reduction, comparison of key technical parameters. In researching high-speed operations, we have been making unremitting efforts to find technical solutions to cracking or cracking of the base paper and to eliminate brittle fractures. With the solution of the problems, it has great practical significance for driving the industry of the entire packaging industry down, improving the competitiveness of corrugated packaging products in China, reducing costs and improving quality.
