For high radial loads, igus® has developed a new mini-base bearing (8 mm shaft diameter: radial load 1600 N). This self-aligning bearing can also withstand high loads while weighing only 30% of the previous old product. This robust mini bearing offers size options of 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm. This pedestal bearing can be fixed in place by hexagon socket bolts or M3 machine screws from below.
