EDV Packaging supplies packaging containers for Heinz's best-known instant soup. Following the successful packaging launched by the United Kingdom and Australia, the new packaging was officially promoted to Spain and France.

This instant soup is packaged in white PP/EVOH/PP material to effectively block oxygen, moisture and UV rays. Due to the strict material selection and thermoforming process, the package can withstand high temperature processing and provide a long and stable shelf life (12 months). For ease of use by consumers, the package provides an easy-open design and can be heated directly by microwaves.

This package is the result of close cooperation between EDV Packaging and Heinz. The package diameter is 89.5mm and the height is 95mm. The maximum capacity is 330cc. The side wall of the package has reinforcing ribs to prevent deformation of the container during the heating process and also to prevent consumers from being burned.

Container closures are made of transparent, tearable film material that is used to shrink sleeve labels and has a cup lid on the outside. The entire package is very attractive on the shelf, reflecting the high quality and convenience of the product.
