SATO, the world's leading provider of bar code printing, printing, and EPC/RFID solutions, recently announced that the company's eSeries printers now have "SATO XML-enabled 3.0" printing capabilities, providing a simple and convenient interface for printing from SAP Auto-ID infrastructure components SAP NetWeaver platform barcode and RFID tag information.

Because this kind of printer can encode and print barcode labels for RFID tags at the same time, it is not necessary to print directly through expensive middleware, thereby saving the end user considerable time and money.

SAP NetWeaver is a comprehensive integration and application platform that works with existing IT infrastructure to adapt to changing operating conditions.
