Points to note in the combined printing process

<

Combined printing refers to a flow production line made up of various types of printing and postpress processing units. In combination printing, various printing processes such as flexo printing, screen printing, embossing, and offset printing can be mixed and used. Combination printing units usually include silk screen, flexo, embossing and hot stamping units.

With the ever-growing prosperity of the printing market, modern people are increasingly demanding print products. Many new processing technologies continue to emerge, and printers are also trying their best to find a printing method that can achieve multiple technological effects on the same product. On the other hand, various printing processes have their own inherent advantages and disadvantages. The best characteristics of several printing methods are brought into full play, forming a perfect production line with comprehensive performance is the purpose and significance of combination printing.

Since combination printing is a complex of a variety of printing processes, its operation will have a certain degree of difficulty. The following points must be taken into consideration:

1. It must be ensured that the sequence between each unit of the combined printing press used has sufficient variability to suit the printing process combination required for various printed matters. In general, the hot stamping unit is placed at the terminal of the printing unit.

2. Test the ink compatibility before printing. Because different printing processes use different ink compositions, inks produced by different companies are not compatible with each other, so that the ink used in two different systems will have the problems of overprinting rate and adhesiveness; In addition, inks are sometimes incompatible with other post-print finishing processes such as hot stamping, inkjet, and laser printing. Therefore, inks and other consumables are best understood by manufacturers and suppliers before they are used.

3. The color matching inks in the combination printing must be trained in regular color matching and equipped with advanced color matching equipment such as spectrocolorimeters, etc., because the color matching is usually adopted by the manufacturer because of the different pigments used in the production of the substrate. When inks of different processes, such as screen inks and flexo inks, are matched, problems often occur.

4. Set the printing unit speed according to the printing requirements. On a combination press, the printing speed is always controlled by one of the fastest ones. For example, when a flexo printer uses UV inks, the speed can reach 300 feet/min. If the speed of the machine is only 100 feet/min, the speed cannot reach 300 lbs./min when printing the stamps.

At present, the combination printing is still at the initial stage, and there are many technical issues and material issues that need to be explored and improved. However, no doubt, with the increasing personalization and diversification of printed products, combined printing will be widely used.

Automatic Telescopic Traction Rope

Traditional traction ropes can control their dogs steadily, but they are too restrictive for dogs, and dogs will resist traditional traction ropes. And it is not easy to clean up, and the damage rate is high.
The Telescopic Traction Rope is more flexible than the traditional traction rope. When the pet bursts, the telescopic traction rope has one more step than the traditional traction rope, which is to lock the traction rope, and control the length of the rope body well, and have a good response. It can be stopped in time when the dog is not harmed. The rope body is retractable, and can be stored well when not in use at ordinary times, and the loss rate is low.
