Its own absorption is also smaller than that of the fabric, so the mesh number of the screen can be higher. For products with relatively fine print graphics and high image resolution, screens with a higher mesh number and better quality should be selected. When the ink is thicker, a lower mesh screen may be used, whereas the screen mesh may be higher. The net frame should be light and strong, because when the net is stretched, the wire mesh will exert a certain tension and pressure on the net frame. This requires the net frame to withstand the pressure and can not be deformed, and the dimensional accuracy of the frame must be maintained. The size of the frame should be determined according to the size of the print.
