1. Impact of the polished version

The glazing is divided into overall glazing and local glazing. The main function of overall glazing is to protect the printed matter and improve the surface gloss of the printed matter. Generally, roller coating is used; local glazing is generally emphasized on the printed matter. All three types of varnishes may have poor gloss, poor leveling, and poor drying. These phenomena are not only related to the quality of the varnish, but also have a great relationship with the operation. The gloss is poor, you should pay attention to the resin composition ratio of the varnish and the quality of the plate and glazing roller of the oiling machine during operation. The main reason for the poor leveling is that the drying time is too long or the light power is too large, and the varnish is too viscous. (3) Pay attention to the drying performance of the varnish. Does the drying temperature range and drying time affect the substrate?

3. The influence of printing materials

The influence of printing materials on glazing is manifested in two aspects. One is unprinted paper, which mainly shows the influence of paper smoothness on glazing quality. Papers with high smoothness have a significant effect after glazing; papers with low smoothness have a poor effect after glazing because the varnish is almost completely absorbed by the rough surface. To solve this problem, you can apply primer or glaze twice before glazing. In addition, the paper is too thin or the paper quality is too bad to affect the gloss. 5. Influence of temperature
