At Bouw Beurs 2007, the 26th International Architecture Exhibition held in Utrecht, the Netherlands, the building of a trustworthy and compliant roof was the focus of Phoenix Sealing Technology. At the 80-square-meter joint booth C 038 in Hall 11, Phoenix will introduce its products from February 5th to 10th, together with Foamglas (with glass wool insulation) and Zinco Benelux (green roof system). The focus will be on trying and testing self-adhesive and puncture resistant synthetic rubber Resitrix SK-W waterproof membranes from Phoenix. The new Phoenix Resitrix GA waterproofing membrane is used on the parking lot floor. Self-adhesive EPDM Resiflex expansion joints waterproof strips are used on the front side. New product brochures on the platform will also have close-up instructions.

The seam-welded RESITRIX tarpaulins from Phoenix Sealing Technology have great advantages, especially for reliable waterproofing of roofs. Elastic materials EPDM are resistant to heat deformation and weathering as well as environmental factors such as light, ozone, and extremely corrosive media found in many industrial sectors. Because of these properties, waterproof membranes lasted for more than a decade, and after the use period, they can be recovered mechanically or thermally. Reliability Flame-retardant safety and environmental compatibility are further features of RESITRIX.

The upper surface of RESITRIX acts as a binder, and the glass fiber reinforcement ensures stability and flatness. The lower layer of the membrane is a coating of polymer modified asphalt.

Phoenix waterproofing membrane has been proven in practice and the amount of paving in the world has exceeded 35 million square meters. A very versatile EPDM waterproofing membrane, Phoenix has been manufactured since 1968. Phoenix Sealing Technology uses self-adhesive films RESITRIXSK and RESITRIX SK W for green roofs.
