When the printing pressure is too small, it will cause:

1. The transfer of printed graphics is not complete;

2. The outlet is not strong and the color is gray;

3. The imprint is not firmly fixed, the pictures are fuzzy, the dots are not real, and the color is gray.

4. Make the original defects and defects such as printing plate, packing lining, paper and printing machine more obvious.

Therefore, the ideal printing pressure should be: under the condition of a certain printing surface deformation, the minimum pressure is used uniformly on the basis that the print is sufficiently strong.
