Equipment maintenance and maintenance:

※ Cleaning the air filter: The mouth of the intake air filter may contain foreign objects (a small amount of liquids, powders, and particles) that have fallen in. Check and clean the lid every day and drain the water in time. If you need to remove the tube, press the release ring so that you can easily remove the gas.
※ When the knife seat has sundries or adhesive film, it must be wiped with cotton cloth. It can't be wiped with nylon cloth to prevent nylon cloth sticking to the knife.
※ When debris is attached to the sealing knife, it must be remembered that it cannot be scraped off with iron or hard objects. This will scratch the Teflon on the knife and stick the film to the knife.
※ Each class should clean the equipment, especially the glass sheet below the conveyor belt. It is necessary to ensure that the conveyor belt is free, unobstructed and free from vibration. Photoelectric switches should be kept clean.
※ When an abnormal situation is found, it is necessary to stop the machine in time. At the same time, an electrician and a machine repair are required to troubleshoot and avoid an accident.
