The four-way fork must be used.
(3) If used on a warehouse shelf, consider the width of the shelf and the size of the depth. Usually, two shelves are placed on each floor of the selected shelf, and a storage space of about 200 mm is reserved. Providing large dimensions in the depth direction does not create a stringent requirement for the carrying capacity of plastic trays, so as to save purchase costs.
(4) The size of the plastic trays must also be considered for versatility. At present, the domestic commonly used sizes are 1210 international standard type, 1208 European standard type and T11 Japanese standard type.

2. The selection of single-sided and double-sided single-sided trays or double-sided trays should be determined according to the corresponding storage, loading and unloading handling equipment and conditions (such as library type, shelf type, stacking, or placement status).
For small auto-stereoscopic warehouses or high-level racks, where palletizing machines or electric forklifts are primarily used for vertical handling, double-sided heavy-duty pallets and single-sided standard pallets can be selected.
If the load on the shelf reaches one ton and no shelves or shelves are in the middle of the shelf, the heavy-duty series tray must be used.
For areas with large floor space and mainly horizontal transportation, single-sided pallets are suitable for handling with manual hydraulic pallet trucks; single-sided pallets and double-sided pallets are suitable for palletizing with electric forklift trucks; , that is, the bottom of the tray and the top of the goods are coincident, the use of double-sided tray or field type single-sided tray; if you can use their own motorized pallet truck handling, there is no connection at the bottom of the nine-sided single-sided tray .

3. Requirements for loading Dynamic loading refers to the maximum weight that can be lifted using an electric forklift or manual hydraulic pallet truck once. General lightweight series can carry 0.5 tons of load, the standard series of pallets can load 1 ton, heavy-duty series of pallets can load 1.5-2 tons;
Static load refers to the maximum weight that the bottom plastic tray can accommodate in stacking. General light series trays can bear 1 ton, standard series trays can bear 4 ton, and heavy-duty series trays can bear 6 to 8 tons;
Shelf load refers to the maximum weight allowed when placing plastic palletized goods on shelves. Must pay attention to the difference between dynamic load, static load and shelf load. The difference in carrying capacity is closely related to shelf structure, ambient temperature and storage cycle. Deflection of general standard series trays has certain requirements, and the national standard of deflection is 30mm at maximum, but this standard is obviously wide. We recommend using plastic trays with a deflection of no more than 20mm on the shelves. If it is an autostereoscopic library, the requirements for deflection should be more stringent.
