Insufficient time for washing

Due to insufficient plate washing time, the uncured photosensitive resin is not completely removed, which results in a shallow relief. Relief too shallow will cause a lot of printing the above problems, such as ink will be printed at the local printing without the need to form dirt and so on.

Solution: Prolong the washing time.

Plate straight line into wavy line

The main reasons are:

1, the negative film (film) is bad. This is the reason for the original material, it is very important to check the film.

2. The back exposure time is insufficient. Then the hardness of the plate base is not enough, so the plate will also form a wavy line.

3. The exposure time is insufficient. The graphic part will be washed away by the washing solution and the brush to form a wavy line.

4. The pressure of the washing brush is too high. It is mandatory to wash the plates into wavy lines.

5. The drying time of the oven is too short. The liquid inside is not fully evaporated, which will cause some places to expand more, and some places to expand less, which will also form a wavy line.

The negative line is too shallow

main reason:

1, the negative film (film) is bad. If the black area is not black enough, some of the light will pass through, then the lines of this part will harden and the negative lines will be too shallow.

2, back exposure is excessive. Will cause the base to be too thick, relatively speaking, the place that can be washed away becomes thinner, and the lines of the negative map will be too shallow.

3. Being overexposed. The place that can be washed away is too hard to form a partial hardening, so that the negative lines are also shallow.

4, oven drying time is not enough. The liquid remains in the printing plate, the evaporation is not clean, and thus expands, relatively reducing the depth of the negative image, thereby forming the line too shallow.
