Vicat apparatus, nickname: cement consistency meter, cement consistency setting time tester. It is a testing instrument for cement and concrete industries. It is mainly used to test the standard consistency water demand and setting time of cement paste. Standard Favik The test tube for standard consistency measurement [see Figure lc] has an effective length of 50 mm ± 1 mm and is made of a cylindrical corrosion-resistant metal with a diameter of φ 10 mm ± 0.05 mm. When measuring the setting time, remove the test rod and replace the test rod with the test needle [see Figure 1d), e]. The test needle is made of steel, and its effective length is 50 mm ± 1 mm, the final needle is 30 mm ± 1 mm, and the diameter is φ 1.13 mm ± 0.05 mm. The total mass of the sliding portion is 300 g ± 1 g. The surface of the sliding rod that is connected with the test rod and the test needle should be smooth and can fall freely by gravity, and there should be no tightness and turbulence. The test piece for the cement paste (see Figure la) shall be made of a corrosion-resistant metal with sufficient hardness. The test mold is a truncated cone having a depth of 40 mm ± 0.2 mm, a top inner diameter of φ 65 mm ± 0.5 mm, and a bottom inner diameter of φ 75 mm ± 0.5 mm. Each test piece shall be equipped with a flat glass bottom plate that is larger than the test mode and has a thickness of ≥ 2.5 mm. Test Methods Standard method I Determination of water consumption for standard consistency (standard method) 1. Must be done before the test a) The metal rod of the Vicat can slide freely; b) adjust the pointer to the zero point when the test rod contacts the glass plate; c) The mixer is operating normally. 2. Mixing of cement paste Stir with a cement paste mixer, stir the stirrer and the stirring blade with a damp cloth, pour the mixing water into the mixing pot, and then carefully add 500g of cement into the water within 5s~10s to prevent water and cement from spilling; When mixing, first place the pot on the pot holder of the mixer, raise it to the stirring position, start the mixer, stir for 120s at low speed, stop for 15s, and scrape the cement slurry on the blade and the wall of the pot, then stop at high speed for 120s. 3. Standard consistency water consumption measurement steps Immediately after the mixing, the prepared cement paste is placed in the test mold which has been placed on the glass bottom plate, and the knife is inserted into the test piece, gently vibrating several times to scrape off the excess paste; Move the bottom and bottom to the Vicat, and set the center under the test rod. Lower the test rod until it touches the surface of the cement paste. After tightening the screw for 1s~2s, suddenly relax and let the test rod sink vertically vertically. In the cement paste. Record the distance between the test rod and the bottom plate when the test rod stops sinking or release the test rod for 30s. After the test rod is raised, clean it immediately; the whole operation should be completed within 1.5 minutes after the stirring. The cement paste with the test bar sinking the net slurry and 6mm±1mm from the bottom plate is used as the standard consistency paste. The amount of water to be mixed is the standard consistency water consumption (P) of the cement, expressed as a percentage of the mass of the cement. II Determination of setting time 1 Preparation before measurement: Adjusting the setting time When the test needle of the analyzer touches the glass plate, the pointer is aligned to the zero point. 2 Preparation of the test piece: The standard consistency water consumption is made into the standard consistency. The test piece is filled once and the vibration is smoothed several times, and immediately placed in the moisture maintenance box. The time when all of the cement was added to the water was recorded as the start time of the setting time. 3 Determination of initial setting time: The test piece was cured in the moisture curing box to the first measurement 30 minutes after adding water. During the measurement, the test mold is taken out from the moisture curing box and placed under the test needle to reduce the contact between the test needle and the surface of the cement paste. After tightening the screw for 1s~2s, suddenly relax, and the test needle is free to sink the cement paste vertically. Observe the reading of the pointer when the test needle stops sinking or the test needle is released for 30 seconds. When the test needle sinks to 4 mm ± 1 mm from the bottom plate, the cement reaches the initial setting state; the time when all the cement is added to the water to the initial setting state is the initial setting time of the cement, which is expressed by "min". 4 Determination of the final setting time: In order to accurately test the condition of the needle sinking, a ring attachment was installed on the final needle. Immediately after the initial setting time is measured, the test piece and the slurry are removed from the glass plate in a translational manner, flipped 180 degrees, the large end of the diameter is upward, the small end is placed down on the glass plate, and then placed in the moisture conservation box. Continue to maintain, once every 15 minutes near the final setting time, when the test needle sinks the test piece 0.5mm, that is, when the ring attachment can not leave marks on the test piece, the cement reaches the final setting state, and all the cement The time to add water to the final setting state is the final setting time of the cement, expressed as "min". 5 When measuring, it should be noted that the initial measurement should be gently supported, and the metal column should be slowly lowered to prevent the test pin from being bent, but the result is subject to free fall; the test needle is sunken throughout the test. The position must be at least 10 mm from the inner wall of the test mold. Near the initial setting, it should be measured every 5 minutes, and it should be measured every 15 minutes near the final setting. When the initial setting or final setting is reached, the measurement should be repeated immediately. When the two conclusions are the same, the initial or final setting state can be determined. . Each test can not let the test needle fall into the original pinhole. After each test, the test needle should be wiped clean and the test mold should be put back into the moisture maintenance box. The whole test process should prevent the test mode from being shaken. Generation usage Standard consistency water demand (generation usage) 1 must be done before the test a) The metal rod of the Vicat instrument can slide freely; b) adjust the pointer to the zero point when the test cone contacts the top surface of the cone mold; c) The mixer is operating normally. 2 mix cement paste 3 standard consistency determination 3.1 Determination of the standard consistency of cement using the substitution method. The water consumption can be determined by any one of two methods of adjusting the water quantity and the constant water quantity. 5毫å‡ã€‚ The water is used to adjust the amount of water, the water is used to find the water, the amount of water used in the constant water amount of 142.5 ml. 3.2 After the end of the mixing, immediately add the mixed cement paste into the cone mold, insert it with a small knife, gently vibrate several times, scrape off the excess After the smoothing, quickly put it on the fixed position under the test cone, reduce the test cone to the surface of the clean pulp, tighten the screw for 1-2s, then suddenly relax, let the test cone fall freely into the cement paste. Record the sinking depth of the test cone when the test cone stops sinking or the test cone is released for 30 seconds. The entire operation should be completed within 1.5 min of stirring. 3. 3 When measuring by the method of adjusting water volume, the pure pulp with the test cone sinking depth of 28 mm soil 2 mm is the standard consistency pulp. Mixing The amount of water is the standard consistency water consumption (P) of the cement as a percentage of the mass of the cement. If the depth of the sinking is out of range, it needs to be called a sample. The amount of water is retested until it reaches 28 mm ± 2 mm. 3.4 When measured by the constant water quantity method, the standard consistency water consumption P (%) is calculated according to the measured test cone sinking depth S (mm) according to the formula (1) (or the corresponding scale on the instrument). P=33.4-0.185S························································· When the test cone sinking depth is less than 13mm, it should be determined by adjusting the water volume method. Use and maintenance Before measuring the standard consistency water consumption, first check whether the sliding part of the instrument can slide freely in the bracket, and when the test rod is lowered to the surface of the pure pulp, the pointer should be aligned with the zero point of the scale, otherwise it should be adjusted. Before measuring the setting time, the consistency test rod should be removed and replaced with the test needle. At the same time, check whether the pointer is zero when the test needle is in contact with the top of the round mold. Otherwise, it should be adjusted. Before each measurement, the instrument should be placed vertically first and should not be operated in an environment with obvious vibration. The working surface of the instrument should be wiped clean and oiled and rust-proofed after each measurement. The surface of the sliding rod should not be scratched or rust spots 3D-3510 Anti Climb Fence,Anti Climb Fence,Anti Climb Fence Panels,Anti Climb Fence Mesh HEBEI DOUDOU METAL FENCE PRODUCTS CO.,LTD. , https://www.security-fencing.com
