3. Product Design

The luminescence principle of rare earth luminescent materials: Use visible light to activate the Eu3 +, Dy3 + and other elements in the rare earth luminescent materials, and the stored light can emit yellow-green light with a wavelength of 450 ~ 600nm in the dark. We use this principle of luminescence to produce photoluminescent safety signs from rare earth luminescent materials by screen printing, and use PVC rigid low-foaming polyvinyl chloride sheets or flame-retardant ABS according to the different requirements of the place of use, environment and customers. The materials are used to make fire signs. Working principle: It can reach saturation in the daytime or under light absorption for 10 ~ 30min, and can continue to emit light for more than 10h when it is in a dark place. 6. Printing process

1. The PVC sheet is cut with a paper cutter, which not only saves time, but also has neat corners, no burrs, and no scratches on the board surface.

2. Before screen-printing luminous ink, a white pigment ink must be printed as a primer, and then screen-printed to cover the luminous ink. Because white has a reflective effect, the luminous brightness is 100.

3. In printing, it is found that the plastic ink is easy to be dried and affects the printing quality. Slow-drying agent should be added for blending.

4. Whether printing white plastic ink or luminous ink, scrape from the distance to the arms, and push back from the arms to the distance when returning the ink. The direction of the scraping should be the same and the ink covered should be uniform.

5. The amount of ink scraped on the PVC board depends on the dynamic pressure of the scraper. The hardness of the scraper is 70 ~ 75 °, the corners should be vertical and flat, and the length of the scraper should be 2 ~ 3cm larger than the two sides of the screen. Scrape angle, pressure and speed should be mastered by yourself, and necessary adjustments should be made in time.

6. When installing the aluminum alloy frame or plastic frame on the printed product, the edges and corners of the frame should be polished to avoid roughness and cutting. At the same time, the corners of the frame should be clamped and cannot be loosened. After the installation is complete, the bag must be packed immediately to avoid damage to the surface of the sign, and finally the qualified products are boxed and stored.
