A layer of silver ink is printed on the top of the cap by means of pad printing. A special ink added with metallic pigments. RPC beauté creates a backing on the silver mirror-like end product without any visible glue or fixing mode. The effect can be seen directly through the transparent DuPont Surlyn® resin. In addition, perfume bottle caps require a long production cycle. RPC beauté implements a patented technology to reduce the number of component manufacturing cycles to meet Lancome's specified production capacity.
