2. Matters needing attention

3. Operation steps
1. Add 100ul of diluted sample serum and standard to each well.
2. Incubate the plate at 37 ° C for 30 minutes.
3. Shake off the liquid in the plate, wash with the application of washing liquid, stay for 30 seconds each time, pat dry on paper. Repeat the operation 5 times.
4. Add 100ul of enzyme-labeled coupling solution to each well.
5. Incubate the plate at 37 ° C for 30 minutes.
6. Shake off the liquid in the board, wash with the application of washing liquid, stay for 30 seconds each time, pat dry on paper. Repeat the operation 5 times.
7. Add 50 ul each of Substrate A and Substrate B to each well and place in a 37 ° C incubator for 15 minutes.
8. Add 50ul of stop solution to each well and read the OD value at 450nm.

4. Result judgment instrument value: Read the OD value of each well on a microplate reader with a wavelength of 450nm.
