1. Double-layer wine label

This type of label has two layers of backing paper: the first layer of backing paper is adhered to the second layer of backing paper through the adhesive on the back side. At the time of post-press die cutting, the first layer of backing paper is cut through together with the facestock. When labeling, the face material is peeled off together with the first layer of backing paper onto the surface of the wine bottle. When necessary, remove the face material of the label (the first layer of paper is left in the original labeling position) for collection.

(2) Double-sided surface wine label. 2. Multi-layer folded wine label

Multi-layer folded wine labels can carry more information than double-layer wine labels, but the production of such labels is more complicated. After completion, follow the steps below.

1 The printed self-adhesive material enters the composite device as the base paper of the multi-layer folded wine label.

2 Ordinary paper-like materials are folded by folding equipment, and “V” type and “Z” type folding can be carried out according to requirements.

3 The ordinary paper-like material after the folding is partially coated by the glue spraying device, and then combined with the self-adhesive material to form a multi-layer structure.

4 After the overall die cutting, waste recycling, rewinding or cutting, it becomes a multi-layer folded wine label.

Such a label, such as the same small manual, tears open the area where the folded part is bonded to the self-adhesive surface material, and can open the folded part to read related information.
