The hot spot endurance test device developed by our center can realize hot spot test anytime and anywhere, not limited by weather conditions, and better meet the requirements of the standard.

It is also suitable for the early photo-induced attenuation test of batteries and components. Photo-induced attenuation is a hot spot recently concerned by the photovoltaic industry. The early photo-induced attenuation of solar cells will lead to a reduction in power, causing losses to customers and frequent complaints. Due to the inconsistency of the attenuation rate of the cells in the same process, the component will have a current mismatch during use. This mismatch not only causes a significant reduction in the power of the component, but also makes the cell with a high attenuation rate produce a larger Resistance, consuming part of the component power, causing local overheating, which will seriously damage the material.
